You haven't lived until you've seen half a dozen Pashtuns take apart three sheep and a wiry old goat with a rusty hatchet. The fact that you will shortly be eating said animals adds a whole extra layer of discomfort.
I'd post pictures but they would probably be nauseating to most of you.
